TRX Chin-up/Pull-up Workout

This 8-week TRX-based program focuses on building strength and endurance while working towards 20 chin-ups or pull-ups in two months. It includes sets and reps of different exercises, as well as rest periods and cardio-based activities to assist in strengthening the core and other body parts necessary to perform chin-ups and pull-ups properly.
